Resilient Changemakers is a 10-week training that supports people engaged in socially impactful work to learn 7 core strategies for leading a purpose-driven life rooted in nourishment, not depletion.

As a participant, you will receive —
15 hours of live online guidance and practice with a coach who has hundreds of hours of experience coaching leaders in the social impact sector
Weekly learning + practice opportunities in between sessions including readings, listenings, and practices to deepen live course content and give you a resource toolkit
The opportunity to receive live coaching or observe your peers being coached in areas you’re experiencing challenges or seeking growth
Co-learning and community with a wise, talented, and purpose-driven group of peers
As a participant, you will learn how to—
Use mindfulness, conflict repair, Nonviolent Communication and other practices to reconnect to self; focus on what’s important; make wise decisions; and skillfully respond to challenges and conflicts
Recover more quickly and easily from stress and incorporate regular intervals of rest
Integrate a formal or informal mindfulness practice into your work and life
Cultivate states of mind that lead to greater energy and equilibrium
