Experiencing conflict isn’t optional.

Transforming it doesn’t have to be, either.

Unresolved conflict impedes us on every level. It drains us. We end up more reactive. We waste time revisiting what was said or done to us. Or endlessly rehearsing our next move.

There’s a big cost to this. We often lose the ability to be present. This hurts us, because the present moment is the only place where repair and healing are actually possible.

Navigating conflict is a learned skill.

Our services include conflict coaching and mediation for groups, pairs, and individuals.
